Ellie hotel (Underground construction methods )

The project involved the excavation of 2 basements, with basement 1 at altitude -3,750m, basement 2 at altitude -7,850m, and the bottom of the deepest basement at -10,350m. The construction included the use of W600 diaphragm wall, which is 600mm thick and 20m deep, the shoring support system uses utilizes H300 and H350 steel to support the excavation wall. Surrounding the excavation site are nearby buildings including an empty land on the left, adjacent road on the right, a 15-storey hotel across the street, another 15-storey hotel behind, and high-rise buildings using Pile Foundation on the other side adjacent to Tran Bach Dang street.
